Haven't watched the ending yet, but from what I can read here and the last episodes, it seems as if is going to be a bad ending (Just like Akame ga Kill, that had a great first half and then went full shit).I often think that as long as I know what to expect from a show, it couldn’t disappoint me. Still, I'm not saying that the anime is badly made (It is the only anime yet that made me rewatch some episodes because I liked some moments that much.) - Just that it could have been made better. Before the pacing was okay, with the occasional scene that could have been dragged out, but from that episode on everything just happens so fast that you're left there wondering what the fuck just happened. There were so many scenes that could, and should, have been dragged out - Especially those in relation with the "past" and the resulting emotional pain/comfort.Īnd starting from the 18th episode, it just feels way too rushed. Too bad though that the anime didn't make the most of it. I love how some aspects are more or less subtle, too, with single words being able to completely change the flow of a conversation. The story in itself is exactly what I was trying to find all along. Very probably romance (Haven't watched the last episode yet): Yes!!! Great powers, but great enemies that have more to them than simply being villain: Check. (I don't have anything against those type of anime, just wondering how these can sell well if this doesn't. Okay okay okay, I'm sorry - But how the hell can this not have a second season and not have sold well (And if this did not sell well, why the flying fuck do those "magical knight academy that was an all girls school but got coed recently and now there's only 1 guy there who happens to stumble into every boob he encounters and somehow saves the world while getting all the bitches"-anime, of which we get one to two every season, sell well? Please, explain. I know it's off-topic but even with all my "I will never buy any anime because Japan doesn't give a fuck" I still bought Densetsu bluray today, at least helped with something I hope.
